Actually, I cannot tell you how relieved I am to hear that I'm not alone. I think all of us know that we can always strive to do better, but it's a relief knowing that I'm not the only one struggling and thinking that EVERYONE else around me is davening twice a day.

You are definitely not alone. Before I had kids I davened three times a day, usually with a minyan. Since I have kids, let's just say I do significantly less than that. I did recently take it upon myself to daven shema and shemona esrai every day, or if I miss that, mincha, and I'm not yet perfect but at least it's something.

my b-day fell out on shabbos, and I figured, let me do something special and daven. while I was davening musaf, DS poured chocolate syrup all over the kitchen table. Mad
now I know why moms aren't mechuyav in tefillah!

women aren't chayav to daven musaf.
and yes, if you have time for imamother, you have 5-10 minutes for a minimum shachris.
I have found that if I stick to what I'm chayav, I have siyata dishamaya and when I try to add to that then I'm in trouble.

I got this really great new siddur, the annotated one, and let me tell you, the right siddur really makes the davening!
