Very similar. I asked cuz you said “flagship” and to my knowledge Wisconsin was the first or one of the first. Also Ramah Wisconsin is always paired with Berkshires on Ramah Israel seminar. Anyway sorry for the digression.

I believe you are correct and Wisconsin was the first.
I had meant that Camp Ramah in general is a flagship of the Conservative movement as opposed to other camps which identify as conservative.

I attended a Reform camp called Kutz camp in New York, and that was the first time I remember the 9 days and fasting on Tisha B'Av (the fast was actually something just a few of us did--I think most of the campers ate).

It was very meaningful and inspiring; this was in High school.
