Hi All! For those of you that have experience subbing regular flour with white spelt flour, is a 1:1 ratio? Can I always do it in recipes? Trying to make rugalach with spelt flour....
your help is greatly appreciated.

For regular cakes and cookies I have subbed with white spelt and it comes out amazing. For yeast doughs you need a spelt recipe.

I’ve done it.
Tastes a little different. The texture can be stickier, but all in all good substitute
