I'm new to this running thing, and I'm really struggling with keeping my hair covered while I run. In general I have a hard time keeping things from sliding off of my head. I tried a regular scarf but it just kept sliding backward. I wouldn't wear just a cap because my hair would show underneath. The only thing that sort of works is a pony wig with a grip underneath but it's HOT and a pain to put on. Anyone have a tried and true solution? Thanks!

My gym teacher used to wear a cap over a tichel. You can try a tichel with Bobby pins

This. Only thing I tried that stayed on. You can also tie it on the bottom tightly so it's more secure.

really generously sized cotton bandana with a headband to cover the edges. did this before covering even, to keep it out of my face and manage sweat
if it's winter, a giant ski cap 😜

Israeli thin tichel (the one with the silver threads) especially when they’re already very worn out stay on well. If needed a wig grip underneath and/or Bobby pins in the sides.
