What items have you found and looked into, that have an ou-d but are just dairy equipment? For example: Oreo cookies, Chex mix. What else have you found and confirmed with the OU (just because it doesn't list dairy in it, you can't assume it's ok for those who keep cholov yisroel).

if the people keeping CY are makpid with keilim, they (we ) don't use OU-D or OU DE
