Or maybe Raizel and Roiza are the same name, but with different accents? Raizel sounds more russian.

Have heard it argued that "shoshana"=lily, but it does seem to be a common name translation for Raizel.

My names Raizel it’s not the same as Roiza which is shoshana in Yiddish.

Could you name her Raizel but use the nickname Shoshie?
I think that would be cute. It's like girls named Margaret used to be called "Daisy" because of the meaning.
I know someone in Israel who named her daughter Eliraz after a Raizel, but I'm guessing that might not be for you.
Personally, my favorite nickname for Raizel or for Rachel is "Ray."
