Can I make two types of salmon on one large piece?

I would like to make Teriyaki. The side of salmon is so large though, I'd like to have different seasoning on the other half.

you can, I prefer to cut the filet in half and still serve on one platter just so seasonings don't mix.

everything but bagel spice (just pour)
salt, pepper, lemon
pesto - any thick pesto
equal soy / brown sugar with crushed garlic gloves
equal honey, mustard with some real thyme (there's a real recipe but you can eyeball)
