I want to make a fruit soup from Quick and Kosher - it calls for fresh mangoes and strawberries, two cups creamer, vanilla, sugar, and I think that's it. Then you blend it and serve it.
Two questions:
1. Can I substitute soy milk or regular milk for the creamer? Anyone have experience?
2. Can I freeze it? I've frozen cooked fruit soups before, but this is raw. Anyone know?
Thanks in advance!!

for SURE. if you have a good freezer (so you dont have "freezer burn" issues all the time like we do with our extra freezer!), it should freeze wonderfully!
