If you're worried about your kids socializing with children who watch movies or see women in tank tops in the kosher supermarkets, DO NOT move to S Florida. Even the frummest schools have a very diverse parent body. While everyone here is very welcoming this is a true OOT community and if you're not prepared for the diversity you'll be doing yourself a disservice. The only place you'll find a bubble like the one you're living in is to stay put.
Housing is insane right now. NMB would fit your lifestyle, but you'll be paying a ridiculous amount for what will look like a dollhouse compared to your Monsey home and will likely need 200k worth of work.

people are also moving now to miami gardens .. houses going for $450-500k for 3/5 bedroom townhouses

My child receives SEIT, speech, ot and pt through the DOE.
That would be a large amount of money out of pocket $$$$$.
