No recipe really, but I take like 2 cans of tuna, add in 2 eggs, chopped onion, a grated potato, some salt and garlic powder. Mix and shape into patties. I fry them. I should try baked, much healthier.

I add a bit of mayo to tuna patties, about 2 tbl. for 2 cans tuna.
