at certain SIL I'd totally help myself, we're just like that. because I'm closer to certain shops, I usually wind up bringing things with anyways, that we share.
at my grandmother's I help myself, but talk it out if she's awake (to offer her as well). she's not as mobile anymore. as an athletic type, I eat at least two instances more than she does
