Another vote for uppababy minu. I.t checks off all your boxes- sturdy, large basket, accommodates a really large child & more

Yes I wash it in the machine all the time. On delicate. It’s quite a hassle to remove all the parts for washing, though I got the hang of it by now. Just the seat liner is easy and it’s definitely machine washable.
Check the strollberry website for stroller advice.
