I usually buy french celtic sea salt

couldnt get it now so I got the tuscanini sicilian sea salt.

its sooo white? and completely dry - not moist wet like the celtic?

does this mean its been treated?

I thought the grey celtic and pink himalayan are coloured cos its so natural and not treated?

how do I compare the tuscanini sicilian sea salt? is it the same as regular table salt?

I need it for fermenting cabbage, beets etc.
