My 11 year old sets the table Shabbos morning when he comes home from Shul.
Cooks dinner once a week, usually Tuesday, usually homemade pizza. (My 14 year old grills chicken and hot dogs once a week, from marinade to scraping down the grill and putting all ingredients away, usually Sunday dinner. Just started training in my 9 year old. He likes to cook french toast and waffles, so I'm guessing that's going to become his weekly family dinner.)
Mr. 11 often bakes a cake for Shabbos, from start to wash up. This could happen any night if the week that he's in the mood, and we'll freeze it if need be.
Along with his brothers, he helps do a big Shabbos clean up on Thursday nights (tidy, sweep, mop, linen change, scrub bathrooms). On other nights he (and his siblings) also puts a way his coat, backpack, shoes, throws his clothing in the hamper, might run up or down stairs to fetch something for me, puts his dishes in the sink after meals, watches his baby sister for 10 min or so, might change her diaper or watch her in the tub for a few minutes.
