I made preserved lemons for the first time and they're finally ready. They're delicious.
Now I just have to figure out how to use them! Ideas?
Also, once I remove one from the jar to use part of it, how long is it good for? Can I take off part of one (just one quarter) and return to the jar?

Do you add them earlier in the cooking process, or more to finish the dish?
I already added it to a Moroccan flavor ground meat and chickpea stew at the end and that was great.

When I make the fish I add it at the end so that it doesn’t become bitter.
