Graphic design rates

I’m wondering what the rates are for graphic designers. Exp. How much are people paying for a full page ad in the link.

Most designers charge by the hour. $65 per hour is the low end of the range in general.

Depending on the complexity of the design and the skill of the designer, a single page ad can be 1 hour or far more.

As someone who trains designer, rates will depend on your level of training and skills.

If you just know the software and have not gotten training in ad design and starting out it would be around 75

If you do have training in ad design and starting out then 225 starting

It's been a few years, but I used to work for someone doing graphics. He used to charge by the job, not hour. At the time, a full color ad was $350-400, but I'm sure it's gone up since.

The real good professional ads are upwards of $1,000 a piece.

I also think this is very regional.
I live in a small OOT community and I charge $60 an hour. I've been working for close to 20 years. Most people consider me expensive

12 years freelance experience. I charge 125 an hour and 500 for an ad.

I charge $500 for an ad in the link, and if they want an ad for the Torah times too I'll charge an additional fee since the size is different.

Lol, and I currently charge $50/hour, so go figure. I am OOT if that makes a difference. But this is inspiring me to up my rate, which is something I haven’t done in 5+ years.

I'm looking for a designer to do an ad for me full page, dont want to spend $500. Any reference to someone good that will charge in the $200-300 range?
