Im making my salmon now, but somehow, it always come out soggy, not crispy and fresh.
How do you bake it? Covered or uncovered? what temperature and for how long?

Bake it uncovered at 425 - approx. 10 minutes per inch, at the thickest part. Check with a fork to make sure cooked through - always works for me!! Good luck!
