We had a flood so we need to put in a new floor, walls, etc. The silver lining for us is that it's a real opportunity for us to finally have a decent looking living room/dining room-it's always been just kind of a random collection of furniture. Problem is that I can't seem to find an interior designer in Brooklyn to help me (except one for over $200 an hour which we can't afford!). It's really frustrating and sad for me because I have no clue about picking colors, floors, furniture, etc and I really don't want to waste this chance!I I'd appreciate any ideas!
