Anyone have? My family loves pineapple pie for dessert and it’s so simple to prepare. If anyone has a kfp recipe please share it.
Thank you!

Eta I’m looking for a recipe without noodles, we like a creamy, sweet pie.

From Passover made easy. 1/2 c. Potato starch, 1/2c. Sugar, 1 tsp vanilla sugar, 1/2 c. Oil, 4 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 16 oz can pineapple chunks, drained. Combine in blender or food processor until mostly smooth and runny. Pour into a greased 9 inch pan bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until firm in the center and golden on the edges

You can cheat and just buy crushed pineapple, then you don’t have to crush it in the blender. That’s what I do.

You can totally freeze it. If you want it for dessert, serve it at room temp. I serve it during the meal, and I make it hot.
