Just a vent
Every baked goods recipe printed this year in any publication I came across has almond flour. I know it must taste delicious but as a mother of multiple children with nut allergies I find this so challenging. Def can’t buy ready stuff. So limited in what I can bake as it is . My kids go through the magazines and keep saying make this or make that and I literally can’t. Wish there was some sensitivity. Like throw in two of of fifteen recipes that don’t use almond flour…
Also who can afford this ? Almond flour is so $$$$$?
I don’t need recipes , just using the same old ones but feel sorry that there’s no awareness .

As a mother of an egg allergy kid I hear you! (Almonds are one of her few safe foods oddly so we regularly bake with almond flour instead of wheat)
Apparently there's cassava flour this year which opens up more recipes.
