It's OU D on the bag. But the ingredients don't seem to havr dairy and says contains soy and wheat.
It is the traditional flavor with the bagel chips.

Call the OU and ask them. I do this all the time to ask if their products are really dairy or if it can be treated as DE (which the OU does not label but they will tell you if you ask, like oreos). The tricky thing is, there are a number of ingredients that are dairy but we don't recognize the names of them as dairy (additives etc). But they are very happy to help you. I literally call all the time. Please come back to this thread and let us know what they said! I love chex mix and miss it (I keep CY but will eat DE things).
