1.
Definitely getting out the house every day, either a walk with babies or alone....in PJ's with a coat over or dressed just OUT!
2.
I took help for the house but not the kids. I wanted to do them alone with dh but knew it meant I needed someone to clean up after dinner, do laundry etc. I was blessed with help most afternoons.
3.
aim for a schedule but don't make yourself crazy if it doesn't work one day, week or even month. so your Goal is nap for baby 2 at 1pm etc but if after 20un she's not napping replan and try again tomorrow.
4.
Full freezer before with soupdan other easy grabs soups work well BC big baby can have too andu can boil in starch and call it dinner
