If you teach piano, do you prepare for lessons? Do you have a good routine for how to prepare?

Depends on the student and the situation.
If I'm doing a duet with them, I make sure to practice.
If they're working on something I know really well, I don't need prep.
If they're doing a piece I'm unfamiliar with, I try to read it through,work out fingering, note any challenges to watch out for.
