I am desperate. My 11 year old daughter has so much dandruff.
We tried different shampoo and sometimes they help but then afterwards it comes again or they just don't help at all.
Or some shampoo are too strong for her and make it worse.

Which shampoo have you tried that really gets rid of those dandruff. And stops them appearing at all

I used selsun blue
or try going to dermatologist
I saw a hack, use half fresh lemon squeezed. Add the amount of your shampoo you are using for the shower.
Another half squeezed lemon added to a cup of water, & massage that onto the scalp. Pat dry the excess with towel

I too had this problem. I tried everything. Head and Shoulders, Nizoral, Selsum Blue, a prescription shampoo.

After seeing a dermatologist I have scalp psoriasis. I am waiting for treatment in the hospital. Apparently, it's my Covid auto immune loot bag. A gift for life now. I won the covid lottery.

Maybe see a dermatologist if it's really bad dandruff. if it's something more than dandruff they will be able to help.
