Actually commercial wallpaper is very durable. Wallpaper is costly to buy and then hang. It’s also costly to take off if you wanted to change the decor. Tho I love that there’s no need to wash it. My painted walls are all dirty and nicked and I just painted 3-4 months ago

Satin finish in a good brand like Benjamin Moore. Don't get cheap paint or eggshell finish.

That’s what I had last time but it didn’t last so well. I have a narrow home and there are dirty marks everywhere
Vinyl wallpaper is possibly toxic
Are there no perfect solutions in 2023?
