And the scale isn’t budging!! Stopping to eat at either 4 or 5 PM and watching my carbs and calories throughout the day.

IF doesn't work for everyone. If you gave it a good shot and it didn't work, try something different.
Calorie counting, Keto, and Mediterranean are 3 popular diets that work for a lot of people, but not everyone. Maybe try one of those next?
