In Israel manufacturers limit the use of parchment paper to 400.
Beyond that there is the real risk that the paper will ignite, especially if it comes into contact with the oven walls.
So using it to roast vegetables is out.
I line my baking trays with foil when roasting at over 400.
Not a perfect solution but it is what it is.

Interesting. I just checked my package of baking paper, it says up to 180C.
I use it regularly for roasting vegetables.
