I've never been, but there are 2 places I know of.
1. sand surfing (I can't remember the name) 050-744-5584
2. Dror bamidbar: 08-675-3636
Keep in mind that they are pretty far out!

We went to Dror Bamidbar. It was a ton of fun and a highlight of our family trip. We were planning a trip to the Negev anyhow so we added this stop to the day.
