Some of the Bugaboo strollers are designed in a way that you can click the front and back wheels together and then pull it through sand. I know the cam three works this way and I imagine the fox and lynx and probably dragonfly do as well. You kind of do a half fold so the small wheels are tucked into the big wheels and then you just pull the stroller with the big wheels. They call it beach mode

Put it behind you, balance it on the back two wheels and pull.

When pushing you are applying pressure deeper in the sand.
turn around and pull it while walking so the pressure goes forward not down.
