What do I call my female coworkers who are way ‘above’ me age and stage and experience wise? I’m in my 20s, and I’m starting a new job where my female supervisors are ‘higher’ then me, think Rebbetzin, board members wife, etc.
Do I call them by their first names? Some of them have introduced themselves by their first names but that doesn’t tell me anything.

Find out from other employees what the established culture is.

I could, but I won’t be meeting them until school begins. I’ve already been interacting with my supervisors.

When school starts, see what your coworkers call them.
If they are your age and using first names, you could too.
Can you wait that long?

I don't call my boss who is old enough to be my mother by her first name.
I do call people 10 years older than me by first name... Or even more than that, if they are in my stage in some way (eg kids in my kids' classes)

If people call this person with the title Rebbetzin and I were in my 20s, I would call her Rebbetzin X.

Curious why a new teacher is interacting with board members and their wives...?

Right, they are definitely more then 10 years older then me.
Lol, I meant that they are either coworkers or supervisors who are technically more important if that makes sense. Like a local Rebbetzin, high admin level husband, etc.

But they’ve all introduced themselves by their first names, does that mean something?

I would say Rebbetzin ___for the Rebbetzin, and Mrs. ___ for the others. If they correct you then you can then feel comfortable to call them by their first names if the others call them that as well.
Likely you have to address them by Mrs., Morah, Rebbetzin at work anyway, because there are students around.

No. I know of roshei yeshiva who introduce themselves by first name. That doesn't make it appropriate for me to address them that way.
