ISO healthy dessert I can make in honor of DHs bday. No white flour or sugar.
I want to make something he can enjoy with the rest of us

Baked apples
Compote
Sorbet using frozen fruit + orange juice
Baked pear- peel and dice semifirm pears, toss with half a can jellied cranberry and a tbsp or 2 of fruity liquor like lemoncello. Bake in ramekins at 350 for 30 min or so. (I usally top with a crumble, you can find sugar free oat crumble recipes one if you want but you can also probably just skip it. The pears are the best part)

We did this last week. I used a regular chocolate cake and substituted ww flour and sugar substitute. DH was happy with it.

Looks like a bunch of us came to suggest the same thing! My family loves when I do this. I use whatever fruits I want and decorate it however I want! We like clementine pieces and kiwi slices, and then rows of blueberries on toothpicks.
My other suggestion is this. No sugar needed and comes out great. https://www.kosher.com/recipe/.....-4365
