Best riding toy for very active 18 month old in a small Brooklyn apartment? He recently started walking. Pedals will be too hard right now. TIA!

Thank you! I like that you have to balance on this one, but I looked up videos and looks like it goes really fast. Would you use it outdoors as well?
Does anyone have experience with radio flyer 4 in one? Can it be used without the pedals?

If you want the kid to sit low and scoot then get something made for that purpose. The radio flyer is big and heavy and would be too cumbersome.
Pewi or any other such thing only goes as fast as the kid... yes you can use outdoors
