If I have a bad case of diastasis recti plus a lot of belly fat, but the rest of my body is average, what would you recommend

I'm looking for small changes that can be long lasting that are specific to this area. Not for weight watchers or keto etc.

For diastasis I highly recommend lower core workouts such as those by Jessica Pumple on YouTube. And weight lifting

I thought weights were terrible for it!

I could be wrong! But I think this is what helped me. Mostly the core exercises though

I did EMSCULPT in a place in Lakewood. It helped a lot with my diastasis. I went 6 times
and noticed a big improvement.
I really should go back. When I went it was more expensive. I think the price is lower now.
