While it does make sense if you want you can first try lowering your blood sugar and weight by cutting out all sugars and sweeteners from your diet and stick to low glycemic fruits and low carbs.

While where on the subject of metformin and so many of you are so knowledgeable about it Ill post my question:
Im currently pregnant and on metformin my DR gave me Asprin to take with it. He explained it to me something to do with my blood flow.
Anyone can clarify?
Im taking metformin for PCOS not for sugar.

Looks actually like a good option. But I'm in middle of starting a family. Having babies and nursing is going to be a thing I'm doing a lot for the next 5-10 years.
Anything I can take when pregnant or nursing?
