I was wondering if anyone knew of a great personal trainer in brooklyn preferably in the Flatbush or Boro Park area. PM me if you don't want to post their info on here.

Why wouldn't I want to publically acknowledge a trainer that I'm happy with. I use Tanya from Shape Fitness 718-438-2400. By McDonald and Ave F. She has a great personality and she's running a summer special, 3 sessions for only $99- She's also a nutritionist a weight-loss counselor.

They usually charge around $50-$60 for 45 minutes, maybe more for an hour.

I must HIGHLY recommend my trainer, Shari, she is a ball of energy and she is frum and she's great.... I have nothing but praise for her. give her a call! tell her you got her number from Debbie.
