Looking for a destination for a three day family vacation within nature and with lots of outdoor activities where we'll have access to a minyan. We've done Lancaster in the past.
Within the Poconos, in which area would we find a minyan? Other suggestions very welcome as well.

Poconos. we've been going many yrs.
there's a ben hazmanim minyan I found listed, linked below and there is definitely easy to find in the popular areas by bushkill falls, tannersville, camelback, hunter mountain

boating, hiking, hiking to falls, and then putting your feet in, rollerskating rink/bowling (for the rainy days) bumper boats, go karts. there's usually a fair in the area (outdoor rides, you can google the days the fair is going on in the area, sometimes they have free hours where all rides are free, but even when they charge the admission fee is very low) farms/picking veggies.

Lake Harmony/tobyhanna/blakeslee/camelback/e. stroudsburg/bushkill area. If your family is into watersports, you can go further up north to the hunter/windham area where they allow motor boats on lake wallenpaupek (pontoons where you can pull the kids on tubes etc) the Lake Harmony area only has paddleboats/kayaks/canoes. no motor boating. I did'nt find as many good hikes/falls in the hunter/windham area - it was really just lake wallenpaupek (which also has a nice trail) and the windham path. hunter mountain has some attractions as well. not much else to do in the area. the lake harmony area def had a lot more selections of trails/falls/parks/lakes.
