Candy Shop Pizza
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
10 T marg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips, divided
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup chopped candy bars, colored lentils etc
1. In a small bowl mix flour baking soad and salt.
2. In a large bowl. beat marg and sugars until creamy. Mix in egg and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in 1 cups chocolate chips.
3. Spread batter over a greased pizza pan. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1 cup of chocolate chips and drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over cookie bottom. Let stand for 5 minutes, until chocolate chips melt. Spread evenly over cookie bottom.
5. Sprinkle with chopped candy (I usually use cut up nutty chews and lentils. but chopped white chocolate gives it more of a "cheese" look.)

Thanks so much for this great recipe. I made it for shabbos. My kids are going crazy over how it looks and can't wait for a slice!

Does anyone know if the completed recipe can be frozen? The only part that concerns me are the lentils defrosting. Will they run and look ugly?
