Ages 4 months - 10 years
We have a free house, would need to rent a car and buy food, activities etc
Is it so hot out that won’t be enjoyable?

It's too hot and humid to enjoy anything outdoors unless you're in the water.

This
If you have a pool and plan to do indoor activities, it could be great

How long are you planning to go for
Do you find flying with your kids enjoyable or super stressful? Do you have maid service or do you need to be careful with cleaning and washing linens and towels? That’s something to consider.
There are plenty indoor places, great food for buying takeout or going out to eat, many parks have water areas, all in all yes.
Also maybe 1 day your husband can take the big ones and you stay home with the baby.
I luv boca but yes it’s very hot in summer.

We did this last summer, except we drove.
Yes, it is HOT, but it's mainly the crazy humidity that got us.

I can't remember all the names of the places we went to, but there is a park (Sugar Sand Park?) that has an outdoor playground and merry go-round, but also has a cute mini science museum for kids indoors.
There's also a nature center where you can see rescued turtles and other aquatic creatures, but that's mostly outdoors, I think.
I found the big entertainment places (again, forgot the names, sorry!) very overpriced and you have to wait in long lines.
We ended up doing a lot of swimming in the pool at the house we were staying in. And if your kids are young enough that it's not a real pritzus problem, you can go to the beach.
