In a perfect world I would be exercising, always making super healthy food choices and allowing myself a sweet indulgence every so often. I don't do those things even though I kniw I should. This plan has been working for me easily so I stick to it. It has become routine. Everyone has their own personal needs and hopefully can find a plan that works for them and stick to it for the long term. I am very motivated because I never want to be that obese person again!

So about 1800 calories per day?
