What can I make as a main with ground beef for Shabbos that's fancier than meatballs?

I make a meatloaf wellington that is so good.
Also we love this for shabbos night when we are all bored of chicken. Its like a cross between a meatball and meatloaf its really yummy. https://smittenkitchen.com/201.....toes/

We often have tacos.
Or chummus bassar.. a friend in Israel had this. It was a plate of chummus with the meat on top.

Can I ask you for the recipe for the pastrami wrapped beef muffins. Sounds very much like my style. I also took your idea yesterday and bought ingredients for bourekas. Wanna take a big yitzys square, beef mixture in the center, bring 4 corners together forming a square and baking it seam side down.

Prepare the mixture for BBQ meatloaf.
https://www.imamother.com/foru.....90606
Arrange pastrami slices around the perimeter of greased muffin cups.
Divide meat mixture into 12 equal portions.
Place each meat portion into cavity of the pastrami lined muffin cups and press to flatten. Depress center slightly more than outer edges. Brush with some extra BBQ sauce.
Bake uncovered in oven preheated to 375 for 35 minutes.
Or you can make a standard meat mixture: 2 lbs ground beef, 2/3 cup breadcrumbs, 1/3 cup ketchup, 1 egg, 1 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt.
Brush with your favorite sauce/glaze and sprinkle with black pepper.
Bake uncovered in oven preheated to 375 for 35 minutes.
