Got weighed by the nutritionist today-gained three pounds this month. I'm so tired of vegetables and the limited choices of food that I helped myself to a little of this and a little of that , and guess what, it added up to three pounds.
So she told me something very good: an alcoholic can't have just a little [/I]drink, he can't drink at all, and I should think about the relationship that I have with food the same way- I have to say NO to the foods that are my "alcohol" even a little taste. I wanted to cry and felt like a total failure but I thought about what she said and it makes sense to me, so the rest of the day was ok dieting. I hope I can start over and keep to my diet.
Thank you for listening.
