I cut the stems off strawberries by mistake with a milchig knife and soaked them in a parve pot and strainer. Does that make the pot and strainer milchig now? Can the strawberries still be eaten after fleishig? Dh said its fine since they're cold and the knife wasn't milchig in a while

First of all nothing was hot, and you weren't dealing with onions. Sharp foods can be problematic sometimes.

yes, another vote for totally fine. if you cut onions or something else sharp that would be a problem. but a strawberry is totally fine.

Treif? Oy.
My high school teacher who taught us hilchos basar bechalav told us that she’s not teaching us so we’ll be able to pasken, rather that we should know what to ask. This isn’t even a question.

Soaking can sometimes transfer taste even with cold and not sharp, but it needs to be for awhile, like 24 hours.
