I want to cook this type if roast now for yt
Anyone have a good recipe
I want to marinate it overnight and cook tomorrow

You mean a chuck eye roast?
As it’s a cheaper cut of meat, definitely marinate it and cook low and slow
I’d do spices on the meat, garlic and onions on the bottom, and a marinade made with tomato sauce, wine, and duck sauce
Sorry I never ever cook from recipes or with measurements so can’t help you there, I just do what looks like will be good

No marinating needed.
Place onions on the bottom, add soy sauce to help tenderize.
Then generously add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika. Add a drop of water on the bottom so it doesn't dry out until its own juices come out
Bake on 350 for 3-4 hours, covered.

Stuff onions inside the net and pour wine, orange juice, soy sauce and bar b Que sauce over it. Bake on 300 for 5 hours
