Anyone have an Anksarsrum mixer? Would any of the blades be considered a ‘kugel blade,’ and would it be one of the three that comes with the vegetable cutter, or would I have to also buy the additional drums? Thanks.

Mixer and food processor are not the same thing. A mixer is for baking and does not come with blades, unless perhaps there is an attachment. The Anksarsrum is what used to be the Magic Mill.

@kenz…. Thanks for the quick reply. The Anksarsrum most definitely is a mixer. And it’s also most definitely a pasta maker, and a meat grinder, and a grain mill, and a vegetable processor. Best kitchen machine I’ve ever owned, btw. I just need to know which, if any, of the available vegetable drum is for potato kugel.

I have it but didn't get any of the extra attachments. It's a great mixer though.
