Help with my Bosch Mixer!

I have an issue with my Bosch mixer, when I make challah. I am using the metal bowl with the dough hook and it leaks out liquid all through the bottom of the bowl. I must be putting it back together wrong after washing it. Can someone more experienced help me out?

The same happened to my bowl. I couldn't figure out the issue so I started doing challah in the regular white bowl. There's no difference.

There is a rubber washer that may need replacement. Do you have a small appliance repair in your neighborhood. If u r in BP, or brooklyn, I may be able to get you one

I have that too, I put the dry ing on the bottom.

The thin white rubber type round piece must be missing. It's some sort of gasket. Call the store you bought it in and ask them if they can do the repair/add back on the piece.
