Hi! Any recs for good parave melting chocolate/candy melts? There's so many good oud ones on the market but I'm having trouble finding any good parave ones. Looking to use for decorating purposes...

I love the schmerlings. There 2 reasons why I wouldn't use the schmerlings: #1 I need to use alot and it's strictly for decorative purposes and it doesn't affect the taste, #2 a recipe specifies baking chocolate. Other than that it's always the schmerlings.

schmerling even makes an oversized one for baking and it's so good I sometimes sneak a square for snacking. comes in a blue wrapper.
