Help me make a tzimmes with the things I bought:

1 lb boneless "asado strip" (Israel name)-- a very very fatty stew type cut. In two 1/2-lb pieces.
Bag frozen baby carrots
Prunes
Onions

Ideally prefer oven (rather than stove) cooking if possible.
