Anyone knows the difference?
Besides for the options of removing the wheels on the Evenflo, which one is better?

The evenflo car seat is more comfortable and in a way better position, & a better push.
The doona is supposedly easier to fold.
I'd take a more comfortable car seat over an easier fold. It's in the babies best interest.
