High school daughter is learning Microsoft Word and needs to write a one page essay about anything. She needs to include a table, list, bullets and a picture. Ideas??

Not at all. It's a great idea. Remember that the essay can be totally inane, the teacher just wants to see the computer skills applied to a real-life project.

About a tourist destination she visited (or visited in her mind). and recommending others you do. Like a informative/persuasive in one.
list- of the best spots for tourists to go
table- can include ticket prices for different times of year and different airlines,etc.

Her perspective on why there should be no homework. List for list of pros or cons, table for work assigned by subject and estimated time.
She should write about whichever topic interests her. Her hobbies is a good topic.

I don’t think you should be helping her with this. She needs to learn how to think on her own. This should be her assignment completely.
