As part of my cheshbon hanefesh at this time of year, I realize that I'd like to be a happy person, more simchas hachaim and ayin tova.

Someone suggested keeping a daily gratitude journal, writing down things I'm appreciative for toward Hashem, toward DH and DC's, and toward myself.

Are there any online template that I can adapt for this purpose, or even something I could buy from Amazon if need be?

Any other tips about how to make this project successful? Or about how to become more positive and happy overall in general?

Thanks for those suggestions. I'm really just looking for a simple template, either online or in cheap book format, where I can collect positive daily experiences. Any other links?

And any other suggestions for how to become happier and more positive overall?
